“2010 Joint World Conference on Social Work and Social Development” will be held in Hong Kong from 10-14 June, 2010. Over 2,000 professionals and concerned parties will meet and exchange at the event. Leveraging this international occasion, the Conference Organizing Committee hopes to develop a Local Agenda, to provide a framework and directions for local social work and social development in the next decade. We invite you to be part of the process of envisioning and shaping the agenda by participating in the Reflection Seminar of Developing the Local Agenda for Social Work and Social Development on 30 January, 2010 (Sat). The Seminar primarily aims to engage the sector to establish the Hong Kong Agenda, build consensus on it within the sector, and explore strategies to respond to a complex and ever-changing social environment.
